IMPORTANT: EAE CARE is a professional international medical consulting and patient coordination service. We provide one-stop concierge services including connecting you with top-tier Chinese hospitals, appointment booking, translation, and local logistics support. We do not provide any direct medical services ourselves. All medical diagnoses, treatment plans, and surgical procedures are solely the responsibility of Grade A Tertiary hospitals and their licensed physicians in China.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

The information provided on wellmedicalchina.com is for general informational purposes only. Use of this Site or our concierge services does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All medical decisions, including the choice of treatment and hospital, are the sole responsibility of the patient in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Limitation of Liability

EAE Care acts solely as a facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Any medical malpractice, negligence, or dissatisfaction with treatment provided by third-party hospitals or doctors.
• The outcome of any medical procedure or treatment.
• Travel disruptions, visa denials, or other logistical issues beyond our direct control.

Our liability is limited to the professional facilitation fees paid directly to EAE Care for our concierge services.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information. EAE Care is not responsible for complications arising from the withholding of relevant medical information by the user.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees for EAE Care’s concierge services are separate from costs charged by hospitals for medical treatment. Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Refund policies for facilitation fees are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
